- Design Consultation & Measurement: We begin with a consultation to understand your vision and measure your space. Our experts will come to your property in Tampa, Orlando, or anywhere in Central Florida to help you choose the right type and style of tile (ceramic, porcelain, stone, etc.) that fits your needs and budget.
- Surface Preparation: If there is old flooring (like outdated tile or carpet), we remove it and dispose of it properly. We then make sure your subfloor is ready for tile by cleaning, leveling, and installing a cement backer board underlayment if necessary. A solid, level foundation ensures your new tile will be long-lasting.
- Precise Tile Installation: Our skilled installers carefully lay out the tile pattern you’ve chosen, applying professional-grade thinset mortar. We use spacers to ensure consistent grout lines and perfect alignment. Each tile is cut as needed to fit neatly along edges and around obstacles.
- Grouting & Sealing: Once the tiles are set and the mortar has cured, we fill the gaps with high-quality grout in your color choice. After the grout sets, we clean the tile surface and can apply a sealant if needed (especially for porous natural stone) to protect against moisture and stains.
